Therapeutic work is held within a confidential space and a consistent frame that gives the process continuity, reliability, and depth over time. Sessions are not isolated events, but part of an ongoing relational process that unfolds from week to week. Both presence and absence form part of this process. When a session is held, the space exists regardless of whether you are physically present. The time is kept, the frame remains intact, and the work continues to have a place. This consistency is paramount as it allows therapy to be experienced as something that is carried forward rather than repeatedly restarted. It provides a sense of security and coherence, enabling the work to remain alive between sessions rather than becoming a sequence of returns. My terms of practice, including notice periods and regular attendance, support therapy as a committed encounter held in time, rather than as an on-demand and transactional service. They reflect an approach in which continuity itself is central to the work, and where the therapeutic relationship is sustained even across absence.
